Maurice was very welcoming and helpful. I spaced my appointment and was running a few minutes late and I was still treated respectfully. I brought my two young children and no one seemed to bat an eye and even engaged with my kiddos. My oil change was done in a timely manner and I was even given a voucher for a free car wash! This has been my second positive experience here. I definitely recommend this service center!

Two weeks ago my husband and I dropped by without an appointment one morning. Let me tell you this was a very busy place with limited parking. We weren't greeted or helped right away, but we knew what car we wanted to look at. We were later helped by a salesman who was not very friendly or helpful. He took us to see the car we wanted to see and didn't interact with us very much while were looking at the car. We took the car for the test drive and really liked it. However, after returning from the test drive, the salesman had the same indifferent attitude towards us. I'm not sure if it was because we did not make an appointment, they were busy, or he simply didn't care. I believe the salesman name was Jeff. Althoguh we really liked the car, we left Buick GMC of Beaverton dissatisfied with their customer service. We went to two other dealers down the road and were immediately greeted and treated with excellent customer service upon arrival. Bottom line, when purchasing a vehicle you want to not only find the right fit for you but also find a dealer with extraordinary customer service. Let me tell you about this amazing experience buying a new Buick for my Mom. After giving two other dealerships a try that treated me terrible, I called Buick GMC of Beaverton looking for a Buick Encore or Buick Encore GX. After checking their inventory they informed me they had a Silver Buick Encore. I let them know I had a Cadillac to trade in and I'd be there in a hour! From the time I got to the dealership it was a super mellow and relaxed experience. I picture messaged my mom the vehicle, she liked it. I told the salesman she liked it so they worked up the numbers for us. They gave her a super super awesome deal on the new encore. So I video called my mom this time gave her a good walk around inside and out and told her the numbers she said do it ! Within 30 minutes they had the deal financed and put together. The best part was they got all the paperwork together I then drove the new Encore to my mom's house and the salesman followed me with the paperwork that needed to be signed. She signed everything at her kitchen table in the comfort of her own home. The amount of respect and professionalism I received was at an extremely high level and I'm super impressed. I highly recommend this dealership if you want a respectful laid-back professional experience buying a vehicle. Very easy transaction and I feel like I got a fair deal. Nate Davis was friendly and made the purchase stress free. They go through inventory very fast here, so if you find a vehicle you like I recommend moving quickly on a decision or purchase. I bought a used Toyota 4Runner in like new condition.
