I thought when we were up tbere 2 weeks ago they said they will close Nov. 1 since they have z youth hunt starting on the 2nd. Look on Morrow County Parks web site
It's open until the 12th of November
As far as we know it is. You might check through the park website if there is any snow. It's at 4000 ft.
