Yes it does. The place is very dog friendly and has a wonderful atmosphere. Chris the owner takes great pride in the park. It is a must stay destination when in Maine.

Small one, but the trails behind the park are pet friendly (just bring a pooper scooper) too.
It does have an enclosed section for off-leash running around. Its not huge but it works.
