Recently visited this location. The food was good, but the service was very slow. It took close to an hour to get our food and the place only had four tables occupied. One of our orders, a kids menu cheeseburger, did not come out with the rest of our food. We were told it took longer to cook this burger than the two pizzas, two wraps, and nachos we ordered. It was the “nature of the order” according to the waitress. We got his cheeseburger when the rest of us were done eating. They did take the cost of the cheeseburger off our order, but by the time we got it, almost an hour and twenty minutes after ordering it, we had to leave. I don’t think we will be going back anytime soon.

This location is the best Pats. Even over Orono. The pizza was amazing. Also got a kids cheeseburger and french fries and it was huge. Big enough to fill an adult. I will go to this location every time from now on. Server was super nice and helpful also.

I called Pat's at 6:17pm on Saturday 10/2/21 to order an order of mozzarella sticks and a small pepperoni pizza. I was told due to staffing issues they could not provide the mozzarella sticks nor any other appetizer. When I arrived to pick up the pizza 20 minutes later I noticed no one sitting in the restaurant. She mentioned it was a pickup only night. As I was filling out my billing information I asked her how many people were in the kitchen tonight and she said three (a total of 4 at the store). I said that was Interesting and picked up my pizza box and walked away from the pickup window. It came clear to me as I left that there was plenty of time for these employees to provide the order if they chose to do so. There was less than 8 cars in the parking lot (probably 4 for the employees) and I was the only person at the window for pickup. Where has customer service gone? I was asking for a $7 appetizer which probably doesn't mean much to your bottom line but this is a significant management issue that needs to be addressed. I fully support small businesses and try to eat out or order out to help people and I typically tip 20% plus. Not satisfied with Pat's Pizza Holden tonight!!!

Food was decent and service wasn’t bad. This was a good stop for the kids. The Big Pat is a Big Mac style pizza. It was pretty good.
