Update: Yeah. Called their main number. Guess that was the wrong number. Took it back and was told it would cost me another $60 to find out problem. Noped the hell out and gave the garbage I purchased from this company to a junk collector, as it was total junk from day one. The company made it clear to me, that they were not going to stand by their work or their word, so I moved on (sort of). Never will another dollar of mine go to this organization. Still terribly disappointed in spending $200 on some trash. Way to go all seasons. Hope that $200 was worth it.
Hi Rosemary, I am sorry that you have had a problem with the mower. Sometimes a used mower can have a problem despite the fact that we did go through it before you purchased it. Please bring in the mower so we can find out what the problem is and can find a solution. Thank you. Jon.
