I recently had a 20ft. Flat bottom built by Joe, Bruce and their son. Prior to committing I had contacted six different aluminum boat manufactures. I would tell them what I was looking to do and the details of hull features that I was looking to have in the boat. Not one would consider doing these things. I called Koffler and spoke with Joe Koffler within a couple of minutes he was able to make suggestions that were very much inline with what I wanted. Joe suggested that I come down and drive one of their 20 foot hulls. Great handling and ran the riffles well. Went back to the office and made down payment on a 72inch bottom boat. Throughout the build I was sent progress updates with pictures. Long story short boat is amazing with super fuel economy. During the build I added a bunch of changes Joe said no need to send money just do it with a handshake. Several weeks after The boat was delivered Joe called me and said we had multiple build sheets while building the boat. I said yes I do recall we had to do another sheet. He said we inadvertently overcharged you. I was thinking a couple hundred maybe. They sent me a check for nearly $3000.00. They build the best boat on the water bar none for a river sled. Check them out you will be pleased you did.

Had a great buying experience with Joe yesterday. He helped me find the boat I wanted (over email and phone as I'm in Bend). I had them do some work on it and it was ready to fish when I picked it up. They even did some last minute requested work while I was doing my paperwork. These boats are fully custom and everything is done in house. Their customer service is way beyond what is to be expected from a machine shop. No wonder their customers are so loyal.
