They will want to see the kids interact with the pet and won't let you adopt unless it's a good fit
They will likely require you to bring the kids in to see how they are with the dog. They want to make sure the dog is a good match for the family. But I would call them directly to verify
Case by case senario. Certain dogs may of been from a home where it was a calm enviorment with only one owner. So that animal would do best in that environment. But yeah, its completely a case by case situation.
