Northeast is a sometimes kill. They have been under state investigation since 4/18. On 2/8/18 they killed Rukia & on 3/8/18 they killed Abby (while the website stated they do not destroy any animal entrusted to their care). On 8/23/18 the took down information that claimed the same thing. The next morning on 8/24/18 they killed Chewbacca, Dancer, & Duffy. They will tell you themselves that they are NOT a no kill.
Hmmmm, NO KILL shelter, is what it is... That's surprising and to disturbing hear. I've never had any issues with them ever, however anything is possible...
