I have a stray cat haning around my house, it looks to be in bad shape blind i think as it walks into everthing and very very thin, what should i do as i dont have money to help tjis poor baby Ruth

I would contact the animal shelter by phone or maybe animal control? Maybe ask a neighbor if they can assist with catching it. I don't believe that the shelter charges you for bringing in a stray. You could also check with Darbster Kitty in Manchester and see if they can assist or give you ideas

Just call up the shelter or just bring it by everyone at the shelter will help you out with this poor baby
