Laughable prices. Want Madden 06? 10 bucks. Want Wii Fit? 15 bucks. Only thing worth it is their knock off glass cleaner for a buck fiddy. Go to savers or a mom and pop thrift store, it’s so much better. I come in here once a year and even the new renovation just sucks.

Goodwill In Manchester is overpriced. Anything decent that gets donated either gets sent to the goodwill auction site " which is basically " Ebay " or it goes in the "hand picked area " which is for the most part retail prices. For example a music CD is $6 which is ridiculous considering they get them for free . The store is also always dead , hardly any customers which reflects Goodwill's business practices . When I thrift at Savers down the road it's always busy !!

Always worth stopping by. Found a brand new Black&Decker toaster oven for 20$. Saw one at target for 39.99! 50% off, can't beat that with a stick.

The staff there is so rude. The sup, would not come out twice i requested to talk to them. I wanted to test the steamer, but was told i can't. If it doesn't work i can return it. But thats all she said. Its not a return! You only get credit not your money. I picked up a glass jar. Small one. They where selling for 4.00. Christmas tree label on jar was $ 2.79. She would not budge on price. I left telling them to please remember what this store is about. I heard them laughing at me. People are having a hard time right now and goodwill needs to not abuse the situation. Your store is SO OVERPRICED.. Your donations are free. Help the people in need. This store needs to be investigated. Where does the income go to? What % goes to charity? I am still beside myself for the way i was treated.

Hi Monia, not all our stores have the same hours. Those are the Manchester stores regular hours. Thanks!
Unfortunately Goodwill can't take any kind of items like AC units, refrigerators, or really any item that was once sold with some kind of guarantee.
We don't do pickups, sorry
If u call the store they can tell u. Pretty sure I saw a sign saying they were hiring, not too long ago.
Hello Margarita, Because donations are random, and things sell fast, we do not keep inventory of our books.
Yes, they do sell them. But as with everything else, it's hit or miss and you have to get it before someone else does
