Going nude is the best option. The hot tubs are in a small room that locks. One hot tub per room. There is a skylight and open air which make the experience feel like you are alone in the woods naked. Its slightly liberating.
That's up to you. Your door has a lock and they knock on your door when your time is up.
The doors close and lock. If you wear a suit you are really short changing your experience.
