I have a body guard from your shop . Can not move the chamber has a bullet in the chamber ,How do I bring it in to be looked at . Is it support to be in a case or out in open ???

Yes put it in a case, hand it to the guy in the case let him know it's jammed, that should be close enough for everyone to be happy
