We had a wonderful professional sales lady named Joanna Wiley. Stayed with us every step of the way. Came on installation day to see that everything was completed correctly. Windows came much faster than expected! Installers were fast and professional. Love them. 1st day saw a huge change in our homes air temp.

UPDATE: July 11th - Have fixed the kitchen and bath windows. The did a very good job on the install and the installers did an excellent job. Waiting on inspection. I only know 5hat one delay was the 1 window came in wrong. The other, I presume delivery issues everyone is having and lack of staff is the other reason, but that hasn’t been confirmed. Waiting on inspection. They did install plenty of nails, which has been an issue my friends had with other companies. I used the Bonita Springs location. I made 2 payments without partial waivers of liens. I have boards/expandable foam securing my kitchen window, which they never measured. My guest bath top window has mirrored glass on top. They need to switch the glass. The answering service, except for 1 time, can’t forward my call. The 1 time I spoke to the Svc. Dept. they fixed the stuccoed window sill. I was told the windows would be fixed on 2-4 weeks. That was February and it’s now May. The installers and everyone else are great. The Service Dept. was nice but the company has no quality control and this wait is ridiculous.

A friend of mine recommended New South windows but I was hesitant because they were a little more pricey than my other quotes. Their representative, Jack Ryan, came by my house and did a complete inspection and measurement of my window and gave me the full sales pitch. His claims were almost too hard to believe! After doing more research, I decided to go with new South windows to replace the massive opening that had been covered with jealousy windows for the 35 years I've lived in my house. Yesterday, New South windows installation team came and installed my windows. When they were finished, I couldn't believe my eyes! The windows that they built fit the opening perfectly! All of the seams connecting the windows to my house were properly caulked and looked wonderful! I am certain that the ultraviolet blocking hurricane impact windows will save on my monthly power bill. My life experience has taught me that you get what you pay for. My experience with new South windows has taught me that I got more than I paid for! I couldn't be happier! Thank you Jack Ryan and New South windows for living up to your claims and doing a wonderful installation!

Linda, we bought a 9 foot wide vinule sliding door and had it installed. The service was great from the salesman, John Frayne to the installers and office staff. We priced 4 other competitors and ended up going with new south. We were happy with the final product. It took 2 or 3 months because the door had to be custom made from their factory and they were very busy. I would use them again for sure.
Give then a call and make an appointment for a free demo and estimate. Then you can apply for financing through them or find your own. I'm very happy with the product. Be aware if your replacing sliding doors they may be thicker than your existing doors and therefore may not sit flush in the existing doorway.
Have no info on price., but am very satisfied with quality of product and service.
Nothing is stock, all Windows are made to size you need
