Linda, we bought a 9 foot wide vinule sliding door and had it installed. The service was great from the salesman, John Frayne to the installers and office staff. We priced 4 other competitors and ended up going with new south. We were happy with the final product. It took 2 or 3 months because the door had to be custom made from their factory and they were very busy. I would use them again for sure.
While I am satisfied with the quality and installation process for my impact windows and sliders from New South Window Solutions, Tampa, my low review is due to the dishonest unprofessional sales tactic used by Factory Sales Rep, Brian Morton, from the Tampa Office. Brian provided me quotes for two jobs: (1) New South impact windows and sliders and (2) Builders Hardware smooth front door with decorative impact glass. We agreed that, if I was satisfied with the quality of product and installation for the first job, I would sign a second contract for the quoted price of the front door. With this verbal understanding, I signed contract #1 for quoted price of window and sliders. On January 27, 2020 Brian backed-up his verbal quote for Job# 2 door by emailing me the quoted prices for my first door choice (Majestic model) plus prices for two other impact models.
