Went to bird smart could not believe how many birds. The young boy who worked there was so pleasant . I enjoyed interacting with the bird. They were clean and friendly.

I love this bird shop! The birds are exotically beautiful & vibrantly healthy! I now own 7 wonderful canaries that sing their hearts out and have hatched 3 babies and counting for me! This was all possible because my new *bilingual* friends at the shop taught me! If you think the shop is expensive? Please believe me it is money well spent! Can you compromise on a healthy investment? NO! Shelves are stocked with quality food, cages, and supplies. Go in and explore!!! I’m getting a parrot next! XOXOXO (Rabbits, turtles, hedgehog, guinea pigs, too)

Great selection of birds and the customer service here is excellent. They were helpful and attentive; quick to offer tips and handling advice, it couldn't have been better. So all 3 stars go to the customer service. The remaining stars are for (what I feel to be) a bit of price gouging. The cage that I purchased is flimsy wire and plastic that snaps together, and thus, snaps apart if you look at it the wrong way. I paid $120 for this cage when I could have purchased one of the same quality for half the price on Amazon. I could have gotten a MUCH better quality cage on Amazon for the same $120. So I would recommend you take a box with holes, or some temporary way to purchase and transport your bird(s), but most certainly buy your cage somewhere else. I felt ripped off after I got home and worked with the cage a little bit. So, TLDR; great customer service and knowledgeable staff (obviously family owned), but buy your cage from Amazon unless your family has disposable income.

My wife as always wanted a parallette bird and after looking for a while we’re so glad we found this place. The owner was so knowledgeable I think he’s literally “the bird man” We adopted two paralletes Mango and Kiwi. My wife is so happy. Thank you so much!
