Let's face it Greyhound bus is the worst yet the cheapest and you can bet there going on coming to some town you need. The customer service is atrocious. Every time i have to ride i swear i never will again but i do eventually.

I have to disagree with you,i have to much respect to any employees working with social services,its hard to deal with people here on los Angeles, i hope they get what they deserve for making our life easier

The Greyhound terminal in Los Angeles is kept clean. Employees keep rules for our own safety. What they do need to change is the buses because they do not have as much space between one seat and another. We need to recline our feet to rest them. We prefer NOT unisex. They can have as an example or reference TUFESA executive type trucks from Cd. Obregón, MEXICO. Despite being a country with an economy not equal to the USA, they show more concern about the comfort of travel for their passengers or clients.
