Alaska airline charged me 30 dollars for a backpack just because I had a shampoo and hair spray. Never fly with alaska with cheap services. Terminal 6 has few small entrance gate and officers was rude.

Today I picked up my sister from the airport and we got starbucks coffee as we usually do. First they took so long with the drinks when we were the only ones there. Second they put nitro lids on regular iced coffee normally it wouldn't matter but I'm driving and it's not easy but then maybe they ran out of regular lids BUT LASTLY I noticed my drink had chunks of white in it... it's a caramel macchiato cold means the milk The MILK WAS ROTTEN. I had a terrible stomach ache since then... I love Starbucks but this particular location I had was my only bad experience.

We waited one hour at the airport to take the Fly Away bus to LA Downtown. It never arrived so we changed our mind to take the Hollywood bus. It took 1 hour for the bus to get there and the bus itself is so not well maintened. The shock are broken and it was a pain in the ass being in that bus for one hour. Very no thank you.

Never taking the flyaway again. Waiting over an hour and not a sight of a union station bus. Worse service ever and should have realized since this is like the 5th time it's happened.
