Can a kid just go there like a runaway like say I'm from Reno and If I wanna come there can they pick me up and take me there for a while

You have to call to see if there is availability and they will have to notify someone of your whereabouts also this shelter is temporary. I think no longer than two weeks. Call them for more information and additional resources.

They don't do pick-ups. They would also notify your parents that you are there. But they do accept runaways.
