Got here at 12:15 and they close at 1 … been a member for 30 plus years and they stated they are refusing any walk ins. Seriously unprofessional

A nice young man helped me renew my auto registration there. I didn't receive my notice in the mail. He said, a lot of people didn't receive their statement either. Go figure, blame it on Covid. Have a safe day out there.

This office really needs help in efficiency. They Open Late and Close early ( when most people are at work) so most of us need to come at lunch. Which means customers want to be serviced quickly and efficiently. I went in to get a paper notarized on my lunch break. There was a total of 3 people total in the waiting area. I asked how long the wait would be ( there were 5 employees in the main hub only one was this a customer) I was told I had 2 people in front of me and they all notarize so not long. During my wait I observed many people walking in and every time they asked a question it took 3 employees to help them, Instead of 5 employees helping 5 clients you have 3 employees helping 1 client on a questions about car tags, chiming in on their personal experiences and then moving off topic to personal conversations. Not only that but I walked up and asked how much longer only to be told soon. I then observed staff having conversations with customers that had nothing to do with services... like Buddy Hollies plane going down and what that did to the history of music. I walked out after 1 hour of waiting. I noticed a lot of employees in the cubicles just sitting instead of helping out. In the hour I was there only 1 person in front of me was called up. Honestly with grocery stores now doing DMV services, and booking trips online , and most car places and insurances now offer road side assistance I may just need to cancel my membership.

Staff tries to get people out as soon as possible before they start complaining. Wait times are reasonable (5 to 20 minutes) depending on what you need. Some staff are happy and upbeat while others are not. However, everyone appears to be friendly and helpful considering the amount and type of people they need to deal with on a daily basis. At least it's better than going to the DMV.

As long as you're a member you can do those conveniently in any of their locations.
No need of an appointment service is fast.
The title will be sent to your address after 2 to 3 weeks after you provide insurance, registration and smog at AAA OFFICE.
I just tried to do the same thing and they can do almost everything but do your license you have to go to DMV I suggest you make an appointment hope I helped
You should get your renewal soon! If you do not receive it, go into DMV!
I think so. Not sure
You can do the vehicle registration at an AAA office. You need to have AAA membership to receive those services at AAA.
The Los Alamitos location does not issue the Real ID cards. You need to call around and find out which locations fo.
If you are a member of AAA yes you can get a replacement tag for your car whether you need a complete license plate or you just need the new sticker. As long as the vehicle is registered in your name. If it is registered in your company name and you use it for professional purposes then they are not allowed. Because of the rules s DMV has given them. It is for personal use only. You can always call the office directly and ask any specific questions this is a very good office very helpful staff.
Yes. Check website for items you need to bring.
Not positive, but I think so. I'd call them directly to make sure & make an appointment to minimize wait.
Yes they can print a duplicate registration card there for you. Now I don't know if there is a fee. Might be and you must be a AAA member.
Don't know didn't ask
Yes
I believe you can. Not 100% sure though.
I'm not sure. If it's a driver's license you probably have to go to the DMV. I'd call AAA first, though.
Need insurance first.
1 day tickets only sold through Disney. We do 2 day- 5 day
You cant sign the 156 with POA, only can be done at DMV.
Go to DMV
I think you have to be a member.
Don't think so.
No the registered owner must be a member to do any dmv transactions. I work in the branches
If you pay the non-op fee you still have to pay the registration after it passes smog. It's a little less due to the fact you already paid non-op.
U can go into office to get passport photos and info on getting passport renewal.
I used to have a Premium Membership. That membership provided 200 miles of towing per incident. If you're asking about AAA Insurance then I have no idea. Check the website for complete details.
