There are lots of low-cost spay/neuter options available depending on where you live. Have you had the cats scanned for a microchip? Notified your local animal shelter about these found cats in case someone is looking for them? Legally you need to do that first. On Thursday's there is a cheap spay and neuter truck at the dollar stor on Sebastopol road in Santa Rosa. I think it cost 20-30$ per animal.
