I just wanted to say that I am highly disappointed. I have be going here for years to drop of my pets and have never had a problem until recently. When I came to get my pets I found that my pets scoopers for food were missing and they were replaced with a battered up measuring cup. As well as the toys and blankets were missing for my cats. I had called about my missing items and never got a call back or my items back. Worst of all is my dog came home with ticks! I have never had a problem until the visit with paradise pets. I won’t ever be taking my pets there again and I don’t recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to get ticks fleas or anything else and stolen items.

The police turned up here today. They had to tell the staff to bring in the dog that was left locked in an outside pen in 102f weather.

I wouldn't trust this place with my trash. The owner is two-faced, take a look at which bad reviews he chooses to respond to (only the ones he thinks he can save face on). The place is never properly staffed or maintained (dirty, breaking down), probably because that would cost more money than he's willing to pay. And if he did that, he couldn't afford his RV or his BMW.
