i would like to know where to apply for any program assisting with low income rentals. I would like Upland if possible where would i apply or to what county do i apply for this area?
I live in LA county does that make a difference?

Upland has their own program . But if you search housing authority and sign up on all waiting list. Riverside county the wait is not long at all.
