Rude Much? Yes this place has rude workers that apparently can't give you any type of helpful information and if you need help don't bother calling them. Why they are open "offering" help is beyond me. They should be closed.

Upland has their own program . But if you search housing authority and sign up on all waiting list. Riverside county the wait is not long at all.
I'm not sure, im on section 8 but got my apartment thru the Step Up group in San Bernardino. Phone #909-963-5355 all and ask them.the housing authority has a food bank every saturday morning, starts at 9 am to sign in, and boxes given out after 10 am.

Yes you have contact your case worker let them no you want to transfer and have the information of the office that you want to go to and make sure your lease is almost over it take up to 60 days and start looking

Upland Housing Authority has a waiting list. Residents have a limited time they can stay. So there is turnover.
