Thank you for connecting to ask about behavior toward a child. If you’re concerned about the safety or welfare of a child, you can anonymously call our confidential 24-hour hotline at (707) 565-4304 for advice. One of our social workers can let you know if the situation meets the criteria for intervention by the Family, Youth and Children’s Division. Find more information about when to report suspected child abuse or neglect on our website's “When to Report” page (sonomacounty.ca.gov/Human-Services/Family-Youth-Children/Services/Child-Abuse/When-to-Report/). If the family would benefit from supportive resources, such as child care or parenting classes, both First 5 (first5sonomacounty.org/) and the Child Parent Institute (www.calparents.org) offer programs, services and referrals. Thank you again for reaching out.
Short answer: no, generally speaking microaggressions alone won't be enough for CPS to do anything about. For more information look here: https://www.childwelfare.gov/pubPDFs/define.pdf#page=2&view=Types%20of%20abuse
Well, there is a strong problem of aggression towards four children at the root. Unfortunately, nobody notices because the lady is one of the people who let them do what the children want outside the street and inside the house is when she begins to offend them psychologically assaulting them. verbally physically and it seems that for you it is not important I have tried to communicate with you And you have not listened to me supposedly you are of protection I am trying to talk with you to ask for information and you have not been able to contact me or have not wanted to contact me
