Hi Nicky, You can start your application for the SonomaWORKS program online here: http://sonomacounty.ca.gov/Human-Services/Employment-and-Training/Sonoma-Works/How-To-Apply/. However, you'll need to come to the Santa Rosa office to complete the process and bring documents. You must be caring for a child in your home to be eligible for SonomaWORKS. Call us at 565-5500. If you need \help with food, you can connect with Economic Assistance about getting CalFresh benefits or go to a food bank near you. You can check if you're eligible for the General Assistance/Cash Aid program for residents without any means of financial support. You need to apply in-person at Economic Assistance for help with rent, utilities, some transportation, toiletries and food.
