Hi, thanks for your question! We absolutely do offer nose piercings on minors, we usually start at around age 13 or 14, but there are some things that we need to pierce them. All minors are required to provide a photo ID, which can include a driver's license, a state ID, a passport, or a student ID. Any minor is also required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and if the parent or guardian is not a biological parent we require either adoption paperwork or guardianship paperwork, depending on the relationship. The parent or guardian must provide a photo ID as well, and if the last name does not match between the parent/guardian and the minor we also require a birth certificate for the minor. Now, although we do normally offer nose piercings, no shop in Sonoma County is allowed to offer any piercing services located under the mask, and unfortunately I do not know when that will change. Feel free to visit our Facebook page, we are keeping everyone updated there as things change .
