As with any transit service it's there when you need a ride and the prices are good given the price of a gallon of gas. As a former employee the only positive thing I can say is if you're looking for a job it's a good place to obtain your CDL.

The scheduling is off. I had to wait over 30 minutes for a bus that was late. I believe with this day an age of GPS solutions. Scheduling should be easy.

I've ridden the bus for about 13 years. About a year ago I moved back to this area and started using the City bus instead of the county bus. The drivers are awesome and most times are very friendly! I also love that the buses run much more frequently and are generally on time. I've always felt safe and well cared for while riding.

I usually have a great ride. I go on the 62 from airport smart station in Santa Rosa to Rincon valley in Santa Rosa. It has always costed me 1:50. But for some reason, theres a new driver that insists onovercharging me for 2 zones. I'm getting picked up in santa Rosa limitsbeand dropped off in santa rosa. I shouldnt get charged for going into Windsor for 2 minutes. That is not my destination. I dont want to go to Windsor. And 60 cents isnt a lot of money. But its the principal of always being charged 1.50 then suddenly being overcharged bcause 1 miniscule stretch of road lands in Windsor.
