CSN has the potential to offer phenomenal services and opportunities to the mental health community. Unfortunately, the management is terrible and extremely unprofessional. Poorly trained staff. I witnessed client abuse and notified management. Little was done and management verbally supported the staffs’ treatment of the client. After moving on in my career I learned the overall reputation of the agency. I would not allow my loved one to be in a CSN program despite 5 years of employment at the start of my career.
