Very old facilities and building. Pools not very large. Staff was friendly and kind. Much prefer the Forest location!

If you work weekends, might be better off finding a gym with decent hours. For such a high price I would expect to be able to lift after work on the weekends…or even Friday… Decent Monday-Thursday gym

We accept Nationwide Membership.You just have to use your home Y 50% of the time during the month. A waiver will need to be completed at the front desk.
