First this salt cave is amazing. They play meditation music and the girl who works there, Jahira is nothing but kind and helpful. She’d personality radiates if it was ent for her I don’t know if I would have even felt so comfortable.

Was a little sceptical...but was an excellent relaxing experience. Highly recommended and will do again!

Dress Comfortably. If you are attending for any skin related conditions, we recommend you expose the areas affected. No shoes are allowed in our salt rooms. All guests are welcome to wear own socks or be barefoot.
Patients sit in the salt cave for 45 minutes and breathe in the fine salt aerosol, which is transported to the smallest bronchi, or airway passages, in the lung as well as to other parts of the respiratory tract such as the sinuses and nasal cavities. The salt particles act as an antibacterial agent, dissolving bacteria and pollutants lodged in the respiratory tract. These are then either coughed up by the patient or are expelled during the metabolic processes via the bloodstream. This treatment also reduces inflammation in the lungs, thins out mucus build up, improves lung function and opens up breathing passages.
Halo Therapy, also known Salt therapy, is a holistic method that reproduces the natural micro climate of a salt cave by dispersing saline aerosol in a high concentration in a room whose surfaces are covered with layers of salt. The dry salt aerosol in the room plays an important role in the relief of health problems, and is used for patients with respiratory problems and skin conditions.
