I placed a small mobile order for an iced coffee n 4 hot "snack" items WHILE STANDING IN AN EMPTY LOBBY watching 3 staff members scrambling like they were packed. They WERE NOT! I heard my ticket come up and saw staff grab it. I waited 5mins for my coffee, then waited 15mins before mentioning that I was waiting for food. Then Waited 10 more mins BEFORE I had to explain in detail to the 2 staff members standing around with nothing to do while I was waiting for the food (Had to tell them what I ordered clearly again)part of my mobile order! While a man and his son were not even greeted while standing at the front counter waiting to order for 10mins before he took his small son & walked out with not even a hello may I help u? Atleast my coffee was good and of course my food was hot because I watched them make it and hand it to me! I've never spent so long waiting at ANY DUNKIN' LOCATION IN MY LIFE!

Literally stopped in this morning to grab a hot coco..oh we can't make that the machine is down. Ok I will take.a pineapple mango refresher we don't have that its off the menu.. no butter pecan..no cake batter..no nothing..please don't waste your time going here ....

BAD customer service. Shift leader Jane was not in good mood. We entered the store not even saying we will be with you in a min. When we try to call them she didn't even greeted instead talk nastily to us. Just be kind if Not at least SMILE.
