There is a stray cat across the street from me ,I would like to keep her ,but I want her to get de flead and fixed before I bring her in my home she is blind in one eye. Can you help .

I wish someone could help me get sofie back from Pine St Athens vet ,I gave her up by accident .PLEASE. We where told she was going to die ,
