Hi We are a family of 2 Adults and 2 kids One of our kids will turn 12 just before the date of the planned visit by 2 weeks. Can I progress a family ticket?

They don't check for age especially when your child is just turn 12. They will not know the difference.

Always hard call when your child is turning12. We bought our tickets in advance . They scanned our tickets and then we got in line. No problem.

I would think the family ticket option will be fine, in this scenario. They are not checking for ages but they will scan your passes and make sure you're boarding for the right timeslot

Yes, children under 17 a pay a lower fee on some of the tours. Check ahead. We had children in strollers on our tour. Please note, the hill to the prison cells is steep.
