It's open air. They have a building but it's not necessary for a good trip & normally hosts different events now that the exploatorium has moved locations.

The park is always open. If you are asking about the building than it divided into different sections. Some are open just for events. No public areas open during lockdowns. There is really nothing interesting inside. All the beauty is outside
