Communication is key. If you have the tickets and show them then thats to me no issue. If they have the tickets then show up late then back of the libe you go! 🤩
If you let everyone know that in line around you know that you're holding a place for one of your friends as well it shouldn't be a problem

This is a question of opinion. People dont generally enjoy being cut in line. Id recommend arriving at the same time, or goinf back in line to be with your friends, out of respect for others waiting for doors to open as well.
