It's a nice venue to see a show. I have been there twice. It was a little cramped in the lower area at the Observatory, but a great view point. The Constellation Room is pretty quaint and a great venue for a show! There is a slightly raised platform in the back.
Pretty much first come first served. Better to your tickets in axvance so you can go in without delays.😉😉

It's small, and you're gonna have to squeeze between others, to see. If you are shorter, you may need to show up earlier.
It's first come first serve, i recommended getting there early.. The place is quite small and if you want to see a fav artist it's best to get up close the middle area is usually where pits happens to maybe avoid that area, they also have upstairs where I've never been but yeah that's an option.
General admission, some shows you can buy tickets the day of, but the shows I've seen have been sold out.
