Not really. If they say no have a hisy fit and ask for the store manager. I saw a guy get a refund on an old gross toilet seat

Hello Marie good question .what I was told 30 dAys .just have recipt for. Complete refund cash .without receipt no. Ash refund but credit given when accepted by custtomer service.they are usually friendly understanding and helpful.
