We have never had any issues with our pick up guys, but this morning Craig-got his name from the office- went above and beyond to wait for me to get my trash out. My dog had surgery yesterday, and the last thing on my mind was getting my trash out last night. I heard him coming and ran out to take our can out and he waited for me and even helped me. He had a smile on his face, never seemed agitated or annoyed to have to wait, and he truly didn’t have to wait, as it was my mistake. That little bit of kindness and my lack of sleep last night brought some serious joy to my day. Thank you for your hard work and dedication Craig. And the smile you had on your face made me know you value your clients and your professionalism is top notch. Thank you. You are so appreciated.

I’m confused if this survey is just weekly garbage pickup, which is wonderful. But if it includes recycling pickup, I’m not using it anymore. Right after Christmas, they not only left it but seemed to toss it and that made me angry. I had a lot of plastic bottles plus cartons cut up. My husband passed and he used to cut up the cartons. It’s not easy for me and there were a lot of cartons. To see the full blue container just tossed has me deciding to forget recycling and just go with the garbage pickup.

Jamie is the most pleasant person I have ever worked with over the phone. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have never had any problems with their services. The truck drivers and trash removal people have always done a very thorough job. Thank you for all you do for us and Roseburg!

Hello, The charge varies depending on where you are located, and how much you will have. On the website we have the options for a 5yd trailer under the “Residential” tab, and the 20yd Drop Box under the “Commercial” tab. You can also call the office during regular hours and we can give more specific details.
Your recyclable materials are collected each week on your regular garbage pick-up day. Please have your recycling bin at the curb by 6 a.m.
If you wish to drop off your recyclables, the following site is available for you to do so: Douglas County Landfills & Transfer Sites (limited recycle) During Regular Operating Hours Note: Closed Monday & Tuesday. Only accepting limited items

It seems to work in other counties. The last place I lived picked green waste up every other week. I would be willing to pay extra for the service.
There is no change in pickup day, just make sure it is available by 6:00 am. The drivers work all holidays except Christmas and New Year day.
It can be full yes. If it's so packed full that it won't dump or heavy enough that the arms can't pick it up that would be an issue. Also if it's full enough that the lid is raised you will get an over charge fee.

At least two miles of papers here and there. At least it is biodegradable in the rain.
