I have not yet camped over night there but I will say that I would recommend that you do this during cooler weather
I'm not sure the fee but I know they do have campsites.
To my knowledge this is not an overnight camp. The part of the park that I was in is closed at sunset. You can find out the state park overnight information by going on the California. Gov website
