I received a recommendation from a friend to get in touch with Asia about my life insurance questions. I'm so glad I did! Asia took the time to answer all of my questions, and help me really understand everything. All while entertaining my toddler with books and crayons! She gave me different scenarios to help me make the best decision for my family and I. I can't say enough great things about how awesome she is and how much she truly cares about helping people. Asia Brown, Kristi, and the entire Kim group at State Farm act in the most professional, patient, and caring manner. Their team has serviced our family for many years and I have gotten to know Asia very well as I purchased my first few cars. Upon buying our first home and being unfamiliar with the intricacies of homeowners insurance, Asia was a phone call away from making the complex as simple as possible. She was available to walk us through the different policy options at State Farm based on what our goals were, recommend products that fit our home and lifestyle, and stay in communication with our lender and escrow company as we closed on the home. Asia's responsiveness is second to none and we were able to comfortably meet all deadlines because of her diligence and follow up. She was even able to help my wife bring over her auto policy and help her save while implementing a homeowners and umbrella policy. I walked into the Kristi Kim - State Farm agency for a quote today and Asia was the wonderful agent who assisted me. Asia was very welcoming. Her personality is so upbeat and positive as well as very professional. She answered all of my questions and concerns. I left the office with my quote, a smile on my face, and very pleased with the customer service I had received. Towards the end of the day and after reviewing other competitors quotes I called Asia and she helped me to get my auto and renters policies started. All in all I had a great experience and I will definitely be referring friends and family to Asia.
