Can you ride in on horse at Elinvar off Soquel. The road is a single lane for 2-way travel which looks hazardous for a truck and trailer. You cannot see around the curves going downhill. How can you ride in?

I am not certain what the regulations are. I hike it all the time and have never seen any pet ride a horse in. They normally drive in.
