Yes its pretty cold down there. Better to bring warm clothes or you can buy at the spot.

Bring a jacket. They are really expensive in the gift shop. It's 52 degrees abdvthe tour is about 1 1/2 hours. My toes were numb by the end.

Its always low 50's because its underground. We went with 18 children and all were fine some with leggings, jeans and shorts. All had long sleeved t-shirt or sweatshirt
