I would agree with Linda about the limitations pf a walker at Howe caverns.
They have an elevator that goes down to the caverns and there's boat ride at the end
You should contact Howe Cave directly, There is about 20 mins boat ride at the end of cave.
There are several areas featuring stairs, a boat ride you have to climb into, and a tight section at the end. So the standard tour would be difficult. However, I think you could probably just opt to stay on the flat section the whole time if you really wanted to. It seems possible if you don't mind missing several areas. I'd contact the venue directly and ask if they can accommodate you before you make plans.
