Fees are depending on if you are camping or just there for the day. Day pass is $15 to do the trails or beach. Camping depends on how many vehicles you have and what sort of spot you're looking for. I would google CA State Parks to see if they do reservations at Moro/Crystal Cove, as I am unsure
