Just awful. There's one woman in particular that is just downright mean and rude. If you don't like your job or don't want to interact and serve the public, THEN DON'T! But the next time you are rude, for no reason at all, we will match energies and see who's left looking for work. Inexcusable, I don't care how disgruntled you are. Do better, if you can, USPS!

The clerk is very unhelpful and after 2-3 times visits refuses to give us a pobox that we already paid for due to lack of documentation. Every time is something. You know some people are interested to help the client some are just there to say NO. She will find something to refuse to make things work.

rude. were not helpful. we dropped off a package that was ready to ship with label paid for and complete. they did not scan it so we thought it was lost and did not answer the phone so on a trip back over to find out they were rude and not helpful with helping us find location of the package
