Very large Park. Many areas away from people
I wouldn't fly a drone there. I think it would upset to many park users.
You aren't allowed over the private property sections. Irvine park railroad, peacock hill equestrian center, country trails and riding school are private property. Also, low flying drones may spook horses and cause injury. So please, be courteous to riders and animals.
