Can a section be roped off for a high school reunion gathering?

I would contact the department of Parks and Recreation as this is city property and although you can rent certain areas I do not believe you can have sections roped off.

Absolutely! This place is sprawling and enormous! Plenty of amazing room and everywhere it's so beautiful! Try doing it by the little lake!
