To add to the other answers, the water part of the museum is free. The part of the museum with the mammoth is the part you have to pay to get into.

As the previous answer stated, general admission is between $10-$15, but they also host a number of events throughout the year like their Science Saturdays that are no cost. Additionally, they do special events that have higher costs (actual cost varies by event). I've been to several of them and they've always been a lot of fun and very interesting. You can find the calendar of events on the website or a the gift shop.

Admission is $8.00 for adults, $6.50 for seniors and students with ID, $6.00 for kids ages 5-12, and free for kids 4 and under and active duty military with ID.
