Yes it is open. You should also check out the water conservation museum next door...its really cool and FREE 😁....
The Western Science Center is open Tuesday - Sunday from 10:00am to 5:00pm with the last ticket sold at 4:30. The Diamond Valley Lake Visitor Center next door is only open Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am - 4:00pm.
