This is a great Park to take the kids to play ball. Wide Open Fields. Small playground they have an indoor restroom. They have one covered patio for parties. But to get the family and kids outdoors this is a great place

My family and I watched Encanto there. It was a fantastic evening to share with our towns people. They had games and food and almost everything was free it was a Great night

Nice clean park, good walkways. Safer than a few others nearby. Playgrounds aren't maintained well (some stuff missing), but like not seeing vagrants while playing with my kids.

It's a really nice park however it'd be nice if they made a path connecting the two play area's that way children are less likely to get injured running into the street when going around on the sidewalk.

Yes you can.
I know they allow non foil ballons. Best to call city.
Yes but you really have to pick up after them and watch out for other dogs and small children
City hall or call parks and recreation listed on valley wide web page
It's not busy most days. I think you could.
No clue. It closes at 9PM for sure. Just googled it myself.
The park loop is about .7 miles per lap.
Practices and maybe even some games are held at the park but you should check Valley Wide for the sign ups. The park is just a place. Valley Wide organises all sorts of sports.
